2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed interlocutory application bearing I.A. No. 1 of 2024 seeking permission to withdraw the present Cr. Misc. No. 49280 of 2023.

3. The paragraph no.3 of the I.A. No. 1 of 2024, being relevant, is quoted herein below:- "3. That the petitioner does not want to pursue the present bail application and accordingly he prayed that the present Cr. Misc. No. 49280 of 2023 may kindly be permitted to be withdrawn."
