2. This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail to the petitioner. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 13.12.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 61776 of 2023.

3. Trial Court report dated 25.07.2024 reveals that the case is pending for hearing on the point of framing of charge and it is expected that after framing of charge, the trial with respect to this petitioner shall be concluded within a period of nine months.
