This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 01.04.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Nawada in Cr. Appeal (Juvenile) No. 11 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 25.02.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Nawada, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in J.Tr. No. 212 of 2015 (G.R. No. 247 of 2013). In view of the sinister nature of offence which appears to have been done by a criminal mind, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner who may endanger his welfare.
The Application stands dismissed.
