2. Petitioner retired from the post of 4th Grade employee from the office of Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Munger w.e.f. 30.11.2015. He claims his post retiral benefits, the arrears of differential amount of 5th Pay Revision and statutory interest.
3. Considering the nature of relief claimed by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.11505 of 2018 dt.10-12-2018 2/2 petitioner to file a detailed representation regarding his claim before the respondent no. 3, which will be considered and disposed of by respondent No. 3 within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation. The admissible dues would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain dues are not payable, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by registered post.
