Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.183 of 2019, registered under Sections 498A, 323 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. The wife of the petitioner alleged that the petitioner assaulted her on 02.04.2019 and some how she fled away from the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with the informant in the year 2000. After 18 years, the informant lodged this case making false and frivolous allegation on account of some petty family dispute. The petitioner is ready to keep his wife.

No.44865 of 2019(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts that after 18 years of marriage, the informant lodged the case, the informant has also got children and she never complained of ill treatment at the hands of her husband during the last 18 years after her marriage, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.183 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
