Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 65922 of 2019 which was rejected vide order dated 27.11.2019 (Annexure-1).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2019 and the trial of the case is also not likely to be concluded in near future.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that no fresh ground has been urged on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that there is no fresh ground

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5774 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 urged on behalf of the petitioner warranting reconsideration of the prayer for bail of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected.
