Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that liquor was recovered from the premise of tenant Raju Rai. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Since the petitioner is owner of the house, has been implicated in this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1989 of 2021(3) dt.22-03-2021 2/2 connection with Excise Case No.130 of 2020, P.R. No. 05 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
