JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 16.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with two others were apprehended from a motorcycle suspected to be stolen one when from the possession of the petitioner two live cartridges were recovered for which a separate case was lodged.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Patna in connection with S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 278 of 2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14920 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 Since the petitioner is accused in two other cases, learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner if he defaults for two consecutive occasions or gets involved in some serious nature of offence.
