Petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 27.2.2015 on the accusation that they were caught red handed by the informant when they were committing theft in the motor garage of the informant. The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners were labourers in the garage of the informant and, as a matter of fact, an altercation took place between the informant and the petitioners on the point of payment of wages and that is the reason, informant implicated the petitioners in the alleged crime. Para 3 of the petition reveals that except petitioner no.1, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail
