The daughter of the informant, namely, Ruchi Kumari aged 13 years disappeared while she had gone to school. During the course of search, he came to know that his neighbour Jitendra Kumar (Petitioner) has confined his daughter, whereupon he demanded the girl but he failed to hand over the girl. In likewise manner, Nandlal, elder brother of Jitendra, arrested. Admittedly, Annexure-2, the statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. gives some relaxation in favour of the petitioner. More over, the petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2014.
Accordingly, the petitioner Jitendra Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S.Case No.253 of 2014.
