The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kargahar P.S. Case No. 255 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
This petitioner is alleged to have received amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- as consideration money from the informant for land, but inspite of repeated reminder did not execute the sale deed in favour of informant.
It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has not received even a single farthing from the informant. Payment of Rs. 5,00,000/- denied by the petitioner and no chit of paper or other document has

Moreover, dispute is civil in nature and no offence under Sections 420, 406 is made against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Kargahar P.S.
