The petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with Gaurav and Dharmendra @ Kara came on a motorcycle when Dharmendra @ Kara resorted to fire on the brother of the informant Amresh, who died on the spot. When the informant tried to escape from the scene then this petitioner and Gaurav resorted to fire but the informant did not receive any injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Considering the fact that the accusation is not specific against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Maranchi P.S.
