JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
One country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 12.12.2015. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Golu Singh @ Vikash Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14958 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gopalganj in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 193 of 2015.
