JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on merit vide order dated 28.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 36931 of 2016. The petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. The petitioner has not surrendered before the court below even after lapse of one year of aforesaid order. The petitioner has filed second anticipatory bail application. This Court is not inclined to entertain second anticipatory bail application.
The application stands dismissed.
