It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed as Constable in the district of Munger and was terminated from the service, which has been challenged by the petitioner in C.W.J.C. No.4469 of 2001 The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court on 10.11.2005, but till date the petitioner has not been reinstated in service and for that, the petitioner has filed representations before the authority concerned, but the same are still pending.
