Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as various sections of the Arms Act and 17 CLA Act.

Neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that except some criminal antecedent, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Nauhatta P.S. Case no. 35/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
