2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 104/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/224/225/332/333/323/353/354(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners and other accused persons are said to have forcibly got three family freed from the police.

4. The petitioners are in jail since 24.05.2024 and they have clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52150 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Darbhanga/concerned court in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 104/2024.

6. The petitioners are directed to mark their attendance in Jalley Police Station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
