1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner has filed the present application alleging deliberate and willful defiance of the order, dated 03.07.2023, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 399 of 2021, by the Senior Superintendent of the Police, West Champaran

3. The writ application was disposed vide order, dated 03.07.2023, directing the Senior Superintendent of the Police, West Champaran, to look into the matter and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months in accordance of law by a reasoned order.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the order, dated 03.07.2023, passed by this Court has been complied and representation of the petitioner has
