The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) and 26 of the Arms Act. From the house of the petitioner one country made gun and ten live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 02.01.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 61⁄2 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Kudra P.S. Case No. 01 of 2015.
