Petitioner no. 1 happens to be driver whereas petitioner no. 2 happens to be owner of the truck from which coal was unloaded at brick kiln. The accusation against both the petitioners is that they were illegally unloading coal from the truck at the brick kiln.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in
