Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 457, 380 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Neither petitioner is named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered and it appears that he has been remanded in this case from another case and except criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Benipur, District- Darbhanga in
