JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 03-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 2968 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Katihar. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merits vide order dated 24.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 10023 of 2017.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application.

The application stands rejected.
