JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2018 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a detailed petition before the Executing Court that from CS Plot No. 3996 new Plot No. 4729 was carved out and by virtue of writ issued by the Executing Court the decree holders are in possession of the aforesaid land but the decree holders filed another petition for delivery of possession with regard to such land which is not carved out from CS Plot No. 3996. Prayer is allowed.

This Civil Misc. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
