The petitioner is languishing in custody since 31.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant's sixty five thousand rupees and mobile were robbed when the FIR was lodged against unknown. During investigation it transpired that the robbed mobile was being used by the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that neither the petitioner nor the recovered mobile has not been put on TIP till date. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22334 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 the investigation has already concluded.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Begusarai in connection with Neemachandpura P.S.
