Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that petitioner and other dacoits were caught by the villagers just after the alleged occurrence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and his prayer for bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. case No.31 of 2016 pending in the court of C.J.M., Sheohar stands rejected.
