The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Routa P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused namely Shakil @ Shakil Ahmad has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 55748 of 2017 on 30.11.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
