The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 206 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is not the owner of the alleged vehicle. Further he submits that petitioner has no concern with the recovered materials. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 206 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
