2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case No. 48 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 74, 76, 329(4) of the BNS, 2023 and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it has been alleged against the petitioner that he has molested the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 23.4.2025.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the period of custody, this application is allowed.
