2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 269 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2) of BNS. Later on, Section 103(1) and 3(5) were added.
3. As per allegation, some unknown persons kidnapped the son of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. There is nothing against the petitioner except his confessional statement before the police. The confessional statement has no probative value since it is not leading to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50732 of 2025(3) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 recovery. He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Santosh Kumar has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 15.05.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 12779 of 2025. The petitioner is under custody since 19.12.2024.
5. On the other hand, Mr. Shailendra Kumar, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 269 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
