The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2019 registered under Sections 376, 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. In the instant case, the first information report is filed after lapse of two years of the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.4408 of 2021(4) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
