The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7(13) 2 read with Section 13 (1) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act.
The petitioner being the Supervisor in the office of District Dairy Development Officer was trapped while accepting illegal gratification of Rs.10,000/- for forwarding the application of the complainant for grant of subsidy for a project of Dairy Department scheme under Animal and Fisheries Department.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not authorized to give subsidy to the complainant under the scheme and the money has been thrust

Considering the fact that the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Trap, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 09 of 2015 arising out of Vigilance P.S.
