2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the bail application has been earlier rejected vide order dated 16.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. 34830 of 2022. In the said case, liberty was granted to the petitioners that they may renew their prayer for bail, 3 months after framing of the charge in this case.
3. Counsel for the petitioners submits that it become crystal clear that charge has already been framed on 02.02.2023, as such, 3 months has already been lapsed from the date of framing of charge. Counsel also submits that this case is magisterial triable in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge8th, Madhubani in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2022 dated 23.01.2022 (G.R. No.03 of 2022) corresponding to S.T. No.553 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
6. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
