2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 500 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 385, 354B, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 31.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29661 of 2024.
4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the prosecution side and caused injuries upon them.

5. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2023 and there is general and omnibus allegation against him.
6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J-III, Saharsa/concerned Court in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 500 of 2023.
