Petitioner seeks bail in Paharkatta P.S.Case No. 44 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 395/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, when informant was returning from Bank of Broada Branch after withdrawing Rs. 1,69,500, three persons on a motorcycle stopped him and looted his money and five ATM cards on the point of gun. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Neither petitioner has caught on the spot nor anything has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner . No T.I.P has been been

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties,let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIII, Kishanganj, in connection with Paharkatta P.S. Case No.44 of 2021.
