2. The present petition has been preferred for the

Patna High Court MJC No.2279 of 2025(4) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 following relief/s:

(i) for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the contemnors-opposite parties for wilful and deliberate disobedience and utter disregard of the order dated 27.7.2023 passed by this Court in M.J.C. No. 2078 of 2016 (in C.W.J.C. No. 11774 of 2008.

3. A show cause of opposite party no.3 has been filed showing that the order has been complied.

4. This Court has gone through the affidavit and is convinced that the order stands complied.

5. The MJC No. 2279 of 2025 is disposed of.
