Mr.Dhananjay Kumar No.2 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 30-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings.

Vide order dated 19.05.2021, a report was call for in the present case regarding the stage of trial.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2454 of 2021(5) dt.30-07-2021 2/2 In compliance thereof, a report dated 01.06.2021 has been sent by learned Xth Additional and Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari, which is kept at flag 'P' whereby it has been submitted that six witnesses have been examined, only rest two witnesses have to be examined. The court is functioning through video conferencing and it will be tried to dispose of the trial within one month of the resuming of physical court. Considering such submission, the instant petitions are hereby dismissed.

However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months after resuming of the physical court and/or through video conferencing.
