The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 30 (d)/41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 188, 171(F), 34 of the I.P.C. 568 liters & 905 ml. of foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The house in question is in joint possession of the family. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 09.09.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
