The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhri P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366, 354(B) and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2782 of 2021. Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that earlier certain aspects of the case were not brought to the court. FIR was lodged after delay of 83 days and there is no plausible explanation for the same.

Considering the fact that after considering all the aspects of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58078 of 2021(2) dt.06-10-2021 2/2 vide order dated 09.03.2021 and no fresh ground has been made out for reconsideration of the prayer for bail, therefore, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
