2. The bail petition of the petitioner has thrice been rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 67417 of 2022, 83755 of 2023 and 88923 of 2024.

3. A report regarding the stage of trial was called for from the court below which has been received. From perusal of the report, it appears that out of seven witnesses, six have been examined. The trial is on the verge of its conclusion. It is not proper to release the petitioner on bail at this stage.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is rejected.
