30-06-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 27.05.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 1493 of 2020 (Annexure - 1). On the last occasion, vide order dated 17.02.2021, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for from the court below, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. On perusal of the same, it appears that cognizance has already been taken on 07.02.2020 and thereafter, a petition was filed 25.06.2020 on behalf of the prosecution under Section 376(3) of I.P.C. and now, the case is fixed for hearing of the petition.

Considering the nature of allegation and stage of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6187 of 2021(3) dt.30-06-2021 2/2 trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2019, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J.) anay U T
