Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 1169 of 2022.

As submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no.3 has already been released and his name has wrongly been mentioned in the petition. In view of aforesaid, let the name of petitioner no.3 be deleted.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49326 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 So far as petitioner nos 1 and 2 are concerned, their fathers' names were wrongly mentioned in the bail petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to make necessary corrections both in the original petition and modification petition in course of the day.

Let the fathers' names of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 be read as Late Shankar Sao and the time granted by order dated 03.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 1169 of 2022 for surrender of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. The learned court below shall ensure compliance of the order dated 03.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 1169 of 2022.

The application accordingly stands disposed of. Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
