It is the third time that the petitioner has moved this Court with a prayer for bail. On two earlier occasions, the petitioner had moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 43560 of 2013 and Cr. Misc. No.35744 of 2014 and, in both the cases, this Court rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Two witnesses have been examined in this case. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 962 of 2014 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 154 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order subject to the condition that the petitioner will cooperate in the proceeding
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14406 of 2016 (3) dt.27-04-2016 before the trial court. If the petitioner does not cooperate in the trial, the time ceiling will not be applicable. If the trial is not concluded with the aforesaid period of six months, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. At the same time, the prosecution is also directed to produce all the witnesses without any delay.
