The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.566 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation of the informant/opposite party no.2 Samta Kumari, the Branch Manager of Branch Basbitti of Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, is that in between 27.04.2016 to 27.05.2016, six K.C.C. forged accounts were opened through which Rs.5,70,000/- was withdrawn and deposited in Account No.108107103001786 belonging to this petitioner. In the aforesaid transaction, the user I.D. of Sri Nathuni Paswan, Assistant of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60863 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 Bank and Sri Dinesh Singh, the then Branch Manager, was used. The aforesaid amount, under the pressure of the Bank, was, later on, deposited.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the Sweeper in the said Bank and he had no knowledge about depositing and withdrawing of the said money. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.566 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
