The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 20(B), 22 and 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act and under section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

About 18 liters of country made liquor and 4.750 kg. Ganja were recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner is suffering from tuberculosis and his condition is very serious. The petitioner is in jail since 25.02.2015 for recovery of about 5 kg of Ganja. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, Darbhanga in Darbhanga Town P.S.
