The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2020 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is grandfather-in-law of the deceased and aged about 77 years. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5356 of 2021(2) dt.10-12-2021 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
