The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 370/371/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act.

On secret information, the police went to the place, in question, and found that villagers caught hold of one Attar Singh and this petitioner, who disclosed that they have been brought on the assurance of getting married.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been apprehended on mere suspicion. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22258 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case No.56 of 2014.
