Petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2015 in connection with Riga P.S.Case No.293 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of recovery of some arms and ammunition from the possession of the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. As per the allegation, one loaded country

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16606 of 2016 (3) dt.23-05-2016 made pistol is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section 100 of the Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-III, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.Case No.293 of 2015.
