JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-11-2019 The matter arises out of recruitment to the post of Sub Inspector of Police pursuant to the advertisement No. 704/2004. The petitioners, four in number, are seeking direction to the respondents to consider their cases and allow them to appear for medical test for the purpose of their appointment against the post so advertised.

No matter arising out of the said advertisement can be entertained by this Court now 14 years after initiation of the process of selection in the light of Supreme Court's order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.14086 of 2019(3) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 01.11.2018 passed in CONMT. PET.(C) No. 1711/2018 in CONMT. PET.(C) No. 22/2018 in C.A. No. 2805/2017 (Annexure-4). In similar circumstance, another writ application has been dismissed by this Court by order dated 06.11.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19339 of 2019 (Arinjay Kumar and Others vs. The State of Bihar and Others).

This application is dismissed in view of the clear observations made by this Supreme Court in the aforesaid order dated 01.11.2018.
