The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.
A regular gun was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the gun bears the name of Ram Singh which gets reflected from the seizure list and petitioner is the adopted son of Ram Singh and after the death of Ram Singh petitioner applied for transfer of the gun in his name. The investigation has already concluded.
