ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused bail by an order dated 24.9.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 20706 of 2014.

Considering the nature of material against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing prayer for bail to the Petitioner in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.

The Prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014, to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23279 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 the Superintendent of Police, Bettiah, West Champaran, and the Superintendent of Police, Bettiah, West Champaran, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
